What we collect

When you send us an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, your practice’s name, your email address and phone number, and anything else you choose to tell us, such as your practice’s address, the system it uses and how many sites it has.

We also record the page you arrived on, the website that sent you to us and any campaign tags in the link you followed, so we know which of our activities is working.

How we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and to talk to you about using DPS-UK at your practice. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you have made.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run this website and handle enquiries, including our website host, the tools we use to store and manage enquiries, and the marketing agency that helps us respond to them. They only use your details on our instructions.

Some of these providers store data outside the UK. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the safeguards UK data protection law requires. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for up to two years after we last spoke to you. If your practice becomes a customer, your details become part of our customer records.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the details we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete them, or object to how we use them. To do this, send us a message through the form on our home page or write to us at our registered office.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
